“I have worked for Steel Build for the last 15+ years with a one year break of service, my positions... “I have worked for Steel Build for the last 15+ years with a one year break of service, my positions within the company started as an installer/supervisor in the early years then progressing into a managerial role at site level, after a short break from Steel Build to fulfil person ventures I returned as a yard/logistics operative. During this time I have seen many changes as the company has grown from two men in a van to the excellent employer of many construction-based trades that it is today. The company ethos lead by Lee Wilmshurst (Managing Director) has always been primarily about Health and Safety, the happiness and well-being of the employees, a high-level product and great customer relationships. One of my most memorable periods was working as a manager on the various Wembley projects Steel Build undertook, these were extremely rewarding times in my career.
