Project handover and documentation
At completion we provide structured handover information to support the safe operation and maintenance of installed systems.
This may include:
- Operation and maintenance manuals
- As-built drawings and product information
- Material traceability records
- CE / UKCA certification where applicable
- Inspection and quality documentation
These records provide asset owners and building managers with the information required to maintain installations correctly over time.
Inspection and maintenance support
External steel and balcony systems benefit from periodic inspection to ensure they remain safe and performing as intended.
Steel Build can provide:
- Condition inspections and structural assessments
- Balcony and balustrade inspections including fixings and guarding systems
- Maintenance and repair of architectural metalwork
