SALES

DESIGN

Our design is driven by site activities and CDM. We promote innovation and input from all staff throughout this process to ensure we minimise all risk.
Programming and procurement

We believe successful projects are created from their foundations. We therefore emphasize on ensuring our procurement processes are accurate and well planned. This enables us to commit with confidence that we will deliver your project on time and in a safe manner. Our IS0 commitment and continued supplier development provides a service you can depend on.
Survey

Surveys have a major impact on success. As a company we ensure the correct surveying procedures and time allocations are allowed, this can limit mistakes or delays during critical path on your project. Our vast industry knowledge and understanding ensures accurate information is extracted from site visits.
Production

Our CE approved fabrication service has been developed in a way similar to CDM, by understanding the end user we support our site teams by identifying any difficult connections or realities found during production. As a company we appreciate the responsibility and requirements for traceability and conformity within our industry and therefore have developed processes above and beyond any CE audit requirements. Our chosen production location allows for secure off-site vesting and extended working hours when required. Being located only 5min from the A1 we have great accessibility to all major areas.
Quality

We demonstrate exceptional quality plans and procedures throughout our company. To support this we have developed The Steel Build Standard which enables our customers to be sure that all products and services stamped with the official logo meet the criteria. We develop individual quality plans for all projects ensuring we capture the critical elements. Our understanding and passion for quality has developed a culture at Steel Build that we are proud of.
Project Management

During sales we identify the requirements and ensure we allocate the correct management time and support. We believe it is important to become an addition to your team offering our expertise and advice throughout to overcome the many challenges that can be faced at site level. Early engagement from our team on your project will assist with sequencing and planning to avoid disturbance or unnecessary costs that can sometimes be connected to adaptions or reactive decisions. Our team share a wealth of experience and are hand picked from some of the industry best.
Installation

All installation operatives complete a Steel Build induction which includes a Steel Build Standard questionnaire prior to working on our sites. Our teams are fully equipped with training knowledge and tools to complete their work to the highest standard. To support our growth we are a registered NVQ centre with internal assessors which allows us to sustain our current quality of skilled operatives while supporting the construction industry by giving back.
